The physical body, the mental body, and the spiritual body express themselves from their own will. Thus, having the physical body, a will, independent of the mental body and the spiritual body, many imbalances happen in us and our lives. It rarely expresses itself equitably and harmoniously. These imbalances can manifest in more exposed ways. Still, most of the time, they reveal themselves in a very faint way. Still, it is enough that we look at the various slices that make up our life to see if these bodies are manifesting at us in a balanced way. So let’s look at our inner life, family life, how our professional life is going, and our romantic life? How do we feel in each of these places we occupy?

For all of them to cohabit in us in a balanced and harmonious way, these 3 bodies have to express a common will. For this to happen, a much more subtle and higher element needs to be awakened in us.
