Promotional Prices
All promotions are available while stocks last and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion without notice if demand exceeds our projections. If you have been charged with any product we cannot fulfil as part of the promotion, your account will be refunded for the price charged.
Payments
All transactions done by Debit & Credit Card payments are processed via ‘Verified By 3D Secure’, which is mandatory on all transactions to prevent fraud and protect the customer. Generally, you must confirm the transaction via your banking app or enter an OTP (One Time Password) you have set up on your card. Please note that your card will be debited upon completing your online order.
Return and Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within fourteen (14) days from receiving it. For that, you have to send an email to info@sulisluna.datanet-pt.net and only after receiving a confirmation email from us can you return the product. The product must be unused, unopened, and with all seals intact. Unfortunately, If a product has been used, we can not accept the return due to the product’s potential contamination.
Once received a product, a refund will be issued within five (5) UK business days.
You will cover the cost associated with the payment and delivery process.
Shipping
Our CBD oil has zero THC, which complies with almost all the countries, whereas CBD is legal. However, we do not take any responsibility regarding your country-specific legal situations or provide legal advice.
Please inform yourself about your country’s legal status and import and customs regulations before ordering and certify that the import to your country of the product ordered is legal.
By placing an order, you accept all the responsibilities regarding the legality of the products we will deliver.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 24h of receipt.
Warranty
Please refer to “Expiry date” on product packaging to determine the product life.
Once opened, products must be consumed within the period indicated on the product page.
