What is it

Composition per bottle
GLANIS: Aqueous vibrational mineral solution, zinc, chromium. Amounts of minerals in the daily intake (16 drops): zinc 17.48 µg, chromium 14.63 ng. The product is sealed in a 30 ml bottle with a pipette and contains approx. 500 drops.
CBD oil: Hemp plant extract (CBD) of Cannabis sativa L., without THC and with the strength of 500 mg (5%), organic hemp seed oil. The product is presented in a 10 ml bottle with a pipette and about 250 drops. Approximate concentration per drop: 2 mg CBD.
How to take
The usual recommendation for GLANIS is to take 6 drops in the morning and 10 drops at bedtime. It would be best to dilute the drops into a glass of water (approximately 50 ml to 200 ml). The product has some deposit at the bottom of the bottle, which is normal. Shake the bottle before using it, and taking the drops 15 to 30 minutes before or after your medication or supplements is advisable if applicable.
Regarding CBD, the number of drops depends on each person and the severity of anxiety. However, in this pack with GLANIS, and for light/medium situations, unless otherwise indicated, you can start with 6 to 8 drops per day. Some people put drops under the tongue, usually twice a day. They wait about a minute before swallowing the oil. After taking, it is normal to feel a slight dryness in the mouth. Some studies report that the intake of CBD oil during/after meals leads to greater bioavailability and optimizes the potency of CBD. Some people take CBD with an interval of at least 2 hours between any medication or supplements. When will I be able to see effects
