Vitality shows in not only the ability to persist but the ability to start over.”

  F. Scott Fitzgerald

It is through vitality that we create our world in practice. What does that mean?

Vitality is closely related to the life force. The life force is what we consider vital energy, the energy that animates our body and our body as a whole is the transport that we have available and through which we shape that energy in the world. How is “your” world? The inside and the outside?

How many of us do not sometimes feel extreme tiredness, and it seems that we cannot do things with normal speed or when we simply cannot? That means we have a power failure. As much as we want to, we feel that we cannot have the energy of life in us, which manifests everything and makes it happen. The lack of motivation and pleasure for what we do in our daily lives is related to the loss of our vitality. Vitality is associated with the pleasure of living. Pleasure is still very much associated only with sexual satisfaction, but pleasure goes far beyond that because it lives side by side with our act of creating.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique.”

Martha Graham

Vitality is a vital principle. It is that force capable of generating life, of becoming active and, therefore, creating new things within and without us at all times. A large majority have challenges at this level because they are not aware of the importance of vitality in our practical life. When we talk about creativity, we don’t just talk about art but about our ability to grasp simple everyday situations and make new solutions to these same situations. We talk about being creative every day, every hour. We talk about seeing differently, the same as always.

In today’s societies, many of us have daily routines that we don’t identify with, and we go through life in that process. How is it possible to have creativity (vitality) if we do some task, we do it, and why does it have to be so? How can we be motivated and willing to generate new things if we do not have this balanced energy space? How can we feel this life force in us?

Creativity is also intimately linked to our way of expressing ourselves. It is through expression that we can realize ourselves as whole beings.

We must begin, in our society, to value creativity. It is an integral part of what we are, the source from which everything springs up, and for that, it takes vitality. This makes people happier at work and feels alive and more productive in their lives.

SulisLuna suggests BELENUS. Add that energy is often lacking in such crucial moments.
